Frames of Expression: Exploring Mixed Media Animation
In this unit, students focus on combining traditional and digital art forms to create animations inspired by existing music videos. Students collaborate to blend unique animation styles, analyze impactful examples, and enhance storytelling with music. Through this process, students develop skills in planning, storyboarding, and conveying emotions visually.
Group Work
Each group of students were assigned 120 frames in total, spread across 10 seconds. Working together was essential as it allowed students to bring their individual strengths to the project. This collaborative effort sparked creativity through shared ideas and ensured the project progressed smoothy with everyone contributing to the final outcome.
